广东江海机电工程有限公司(简称“江海机电”)，原名广东省水利水电机械厂，创建于1960年，原名广东省水利水电机械厂，是国家中二型企业，现隶属于广东省建筑工程集团有限公司，具有中华人民共和国建设部水工金属结构制作与安装工程专业承包壹级资质；通过中鉴认证有限责任公司质量管理体系认证，质量管理体系符合GB/T1900—2000—IS09001：2000标准，环境管理符合ISO14001：2004标准，职业健康安全管理符合GB/T28001-2001标准；取得了广东省质量技术监督局颁发的：
由国家质量监督检验检疫总局颁发的：

我公司产品具体细分为压力钢管、锥形阀、拦污栅及清污机、闸门设备、固定式启闭机（含螺杆式、卷扬式及液压式）、门式及移动式启闭机、起重机、电气产品及电站集中控制系统、水轮机调速器及油压装置、其它产品10个产品门类，是广东省水利水电设备制造、安装的骨干企业，产品已遍布国内28个省、市、自治区，并远销美国、泰国、刚果、阿根廷、缅甸等13个国家。
多年来，公司共获得国家级奖励2项、部省级奖励13项；并连续多年被有关部门分别评为“重合同守信用企业”和“AAA级信用”企业。
广东江海机电工程有限公司现有员工263人，其中具有高级职称的16人、中级职称的50余人、初级职称的80余人，一级项目经理（一级建造师）6人，二级项目经理12人，三级项目经理22人。

Guangdong jianghai mechanical & electrical engineering co.,ltd.was established in 1960 it is a provincial backbone enterprise engaged in water conservancy and water clectricity equipment manufacture and installation a enterprise directly managed by the mechanics bureau of water conservancy ministry,member of jianghe mechanical & electrical equipment engineering co.,ltd.of water conservancy ministry,and the assigned manufact ure factory of governor for water conservancy ministry.
Now the company has 528 employees,including 18 employees with senior title 50 employees with medium title and 80 employees with junior title,2first grade project managers 12second grade project managers and 22 third grade project managers.the company's products are divided into 4 types:water power engineering metal,hydraulic turbine governor and oil pressure equipment,overweight equipment and electrical products.the products have spread domestically over 26 provinces,cities and municipalities,and have been sold to 12 countries like uk thailand congo argentine and brunei etc.
In the past many years the company has gained 2 national prizes and 13 provincial and ministerial prizes equipment inspection instrument,applied computer for product design,processing test and enterprise manage and met the clients'special requirements.
